About Me
Carrington Rae Martin is an actress, singer and dancer from Richmond, Virginia and currently living in New York City. She graduated from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts with a BFA in Classical Ballet in 2020. She was previously a dancer with Fort Wayne Ballet for three seasons. Prior to that, she was a trainee with Richmond Ballet and Nashville Ballet. Some performance highlights include dancing as Waltz Girl in George Balanchine’s Serenade as well as the Lead Pas de Deux in Eddie Stierle’s Concerto Con Brio, which was filmed for PBS. She has also been in many professional productions of the Nutcracker and other ballets. She is also pursuing her love of musical theater by taking voice lessons and engaging herself in plays, film projects, and other acting gigs in her free time. She has had the opportunity to perform in various virtual musicals with Virtual Venue Theatricals, including a new musical, W-YRD, in which she was the lead. She also loves writing songs, playing ukulele, eating cupcakes and learning about the world.
